 This is the arcade and if you wanted to play games then you would have had to go to the arcade and play as there wasn't any video games to play at home. Those days if you were bored then you had to go to the arcade. The arcade had the most of the games and video games. In those arcades there were very basic games such as like pinball, cryaine and if you won anything it be be a goldfish!




First home gaming-
This is the first ever video game that has came out and in the olden days it was very popular and very expensive and this was the first video game you could have in your house. A lot of people did buy it because it was a exciting new product at the time .The graphics was still very basic but it was a creative idea in those days.







Worldwide gaming-

 This is the xbox kinect and this is the latest console. This is a video game and it is the one of the best consoles in the U.K. This is a console that you dont need to go to a arcade to play this you can buy it and play it on your T.V and you dont even need a remote or a controller to play this you have a camera and you can wave on the camera to show what to do and when you want to play it you'll need to do actions infront of the camera and sometimes it will tell you what to do and you'll have to do it, You can play and talk to people online playing the same game in different countries

This is the first ever phone that came out and it is a telephone box this is a very old one compared to our new ones now. if people wanted to make phone calls then they would of had to use one of these then you had to had some change or coins. if you needed to use emergency servies then it would be free because you need the service to help you like fire brigade, police, ambulance, enything then you need them and you only get the free call if you call the emergency services. you need to have money to use the phonebox!
  








This is one of the very first mobile phone that has came out in the world you could only call people but you couldn't text! that phone was very simple and it had a arieal that you had to pull out everytime you made a phone call. This is a very simple phone and it is basic but this is one of the phones that has came out ever and before you used mobiles you had to use a phone box and you would of had to go out side to use it and it would cost you a little amount of money!

 This is the iphone 5 and it has a wide range of things on it such as siri and that is a like a app on the phone and you can talk to and he will talk back such as like if you ask it to tell you the weather it will tell you what the current temperture and the thing about it its called a smartphone for a reason because you can shop on there you go go on social networks and you cam buy apps and you can go shopping on there, you can talk to siri and tell it what to do.

there are some apps that can do stuff for you like thewre is a app called dragon and if you talk to it, it can email you what you said and it says tap to dictate that is a app for people who do alot on typing on computers and if you don't like typing then use dragon!
there also other apps that you can shop on like argos app that you can buy and collect or you can get it delivred. iphones that have apps really help because your iphone is like a computer but it's not .
a full computer because you'll have to think about the programms in the computer.

I think smart phones are good and easy to use as if you use a computer it would be slower. i think smart phones are very good beacuse if you have 3G then you can use the phone anywhere
and it is small and you can carry it around everywhere you go and it is simple to use and it is veryb fast to use!
